Promtractor Manufacturing Company is the largest Russian manufacturer of track-type tractors, pipelayers, hydraulic excavators, bulldozers, wheeled machinery for mining, forestry, agricultural, industries and municipal services.

The equipment manufactured by Promtractor is used in construction of production sites, sea ports, development of natural resource deposits and construction of pipelines in 30 countries around the world in all climatic zones. Cheboksary Aggregate Works (ChAZ Production Company) manufactures track-type undercarriages for all types of industrial tractors produced by enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. The plant possesses all the equipment and technologies to manufacture products that meet modern market requirements.

The development of new products continues. The design and production of import-substituting components for undercarriage systems of foreign bulldozer undercarriage systems and hydraulic excavators has become the most important area.

Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant Manufacturing Company is a modern domestic enterprise that produces a popular line of road construction machinery, spare parts and other products.

ChTZ Manufacturing Company continues traditions of tractor building originated in the city of Chelyabinsk, applying new developments and approaches. Among the clients of ChTZ Manufacturing Company are Russia’s largest enterprises.

CHETRA-KRANEKS is a joint venture that specializes in industrial manufacturing of hydraulic excavators under the CHETRA brand with operating weight of 18 to 52 tons.

Localized in accordance with Russian legal regulations, domestic hydraulic excavators will meet all world-class quality standards and Russian customer operating conditions and also allow compete with many global brands. This project will have a synergy effect on the growth in production and sales of other types of machinery made by the Group.

Lipetsk Tractor Plant is a revived manufacturing site. The plant’s product line will consist of municipal attachments for wheel tractors and backhoe loaders.

The AGROMASH Plant is a manufacturing enterprise that sells agricultural machinery under the AGROMASH brand: track-type tractors of the 3 and 6 traction classes and wheeled tractors of the 1.4 traction class.

KAVAZ is the leading railway car manufacturing enterprise in both the Chuvash Republic and Russia. The reliability and innovation of the manufactured railway machinery has been repeatedly recognized with diplomas and certificates from the Federal Railway Transport Certification Register, Russian Railways and the Association of Railway Equipment Manufacturers.

The mission of KAVAZ is to manufacture and repair railway freight rolling stock, railway car components and parts with a level of quality, reliability and safety that meets the requirements and expectations of customers.

Transmash is a Russian manufacturer of fitting, specialized and universal flat railway cars, specialized railway car machinery and railway snow removal machines, which is in high demand on the railways of Russia, the CIS and neighboring countries. The enterprise production capacity is designed to produce over 2,000 railway cars per year.

Promlit is one of the most modern and large-scale foundries in Russia. Promlit specializes in the production of large and medium-sized castings for railway purposes, grey iron and steel castings for the automotive and tractor industries.

The plant manufactures products for the agricultural and automotive industries, components for crushing and sorting equipment, mining and quarrying equipment.

Bezhitsky Steel Production Association is one of the largest producers of railway car castings in the country. The company produces large (bogie frames, bolsters, side frames, wheel centers) and small (automatic couplers, axle boxes, etc.) railway car steel castings. The range of products includes more than 300 items. The plant’s production capacities are concentrated in 4 main shops – three foundry shops and one heat treatment and fettling shop. There are also three axillary shops in operation: a repair and tooling shop, heat and power shop and transport and storage shop.

The forge and press shop at ChAZ Production Company manufactures approximately 850 types of forgings and has a production capacity of 54,000 tons of forgings per year.

The shop produces 30 types of single-flange and double-flange rollers, more than 95 types of links, half-links, other blanks for the plant’s machine assembly shops, quick-wear parts for agricultural machinery implements and forgings for cooperative deliveries. The weight of manufactured forgings ranges from 0.08 to 60 kg with accuracy class T3 and T4.

The shop has pressing lines with a capacity of 1,000 tons, 2,500 tons and 4,000 tons, hammer lines of 2 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons, coining presses of 1,000 tons and automatic machines for hot heading based on crank presses of 100 tons and 160 tons.

MIKONT is an R & D arm that supports serial production of industrial and agricultural tractors of the Tractor Plants Group.

The most recent and significant machinery modernization projects are the introduction of a two-flow hydromechanical transmission, a lock-up torque converter and differential for wheel machines, and hydrostatic and electromechanical transmissions. Other achievements include an advanced machinery diagnostics and monitoring system, an ergonomic seat for operators, a track-type seven-roller undercarriage frame system as well as the introduction of automation and robotics elements into the process of drive and steering controls and attachments of the manufactured machines.

The company develops state-of-the-art railway machinery for construction, repair and maintenance of transport infrastructure with a track gauge of 1,520 mm. Currently, it is also involved in advanced R & D projects to create modern high-performing medium and large railway machines.

Transport Machine-building Trade House is a supplier to the Tractor Plants Group’s manufacturing enterprises. Its primary objective is to provide manufacturing facilities with high-quality resources.

The main activity of Transport Machine-building Service and Logistics Center is the provision of transport, laboratory and repair services as well as organization of construction works for the Concern’s enterprises.

The CHETRA machines are serviced in Russia and abroad throughout their entire life cycle. In Russia, the service network consists of 45 centers, including 12 own ones – the services are provided by the SERVICE-CHETRA Limited Liability Company. Abroad, warranty and after-warranty support for machinery is provided by 6 service centers.
